A japanese geologist, Sousuke Takahashi, is stationed in Field Zeta, the world's largest thorium-based nuclear power production site at a time when the internet is a thing of the past and the sea levels have risen by ten feet. Sousuke and some like-minded individuals are about to force humanity into a necessary struggle, and each one has a dreadful task to accomplish.
