Action/Adventure Story: Every so often, the citizens of Hexameron are called to a place known as Storyboard, where its organization separates them into archetypes set to participate in Narratives--entire worlds and plot-lines controlled by Authors. Ilena, a quiet, homely girl, is summoned. Deep within her lies an ability that allows her to jump between worlds, distort Narrative plot-lines--even communicate with the Authors themselves. She must learn to manipulate the responsibilities of her dangerous and volatile power
