On Earth, Sid is a college student who has a very odd uncle. When his uncle dies and leaves him his house, Sid learns that he has inherited more than a home. In the closet of the study is a portal to the planet Crossroads and his caretaker, Sally. From Crossroads is a portal to Chaos, a planet with Damsels in Distress. It is up to Sid to rescue the poor Damsels in Distress and claim his heroic rewards.

Damsels In Distress a series of stories created and authored by Lazlo Zalezac, in the first chapter we (the readers) are introduced to Sid Jones, a community college student. Who after completing his military enlistment was furthering his education. As the story opens Sid, in a freshman English class received a message about his Uncle Gerald Jones being in the hospital, instead of rushing to check on his uncle, Sid finished the English class and went to a history class to close out his obligations for the day. On reaching his Uncle Gerald in the hospital, he was quizzed if he had finished his school work for the day. So begins the adventures of Sid Jones on Chaos, rescuing Damsels In Distress. The first in series of stories by the creative author Lazlo Zalezac. Sid Jones finds out about the role of hero in the opening rooms on Crossroads where he meets Elizabeth Caretaker his Uncle Geralds caretaker who Uncle Gerald loved to his dying day’s. Sid then gets to choose his own caretaker, where we meet Sally Caretaker and Sid eventually goes on his first Damsel In Destress rescue mission. A most enjoyable mission well worth the read.
