Got a somewhat nasty little note in my e-mail today which was completely unhelpful creatively but I did change the codes on "The Prophecy" so I guess I have to at least acknowledge the fact that I missed the "Poem" code in the submission process. So, for the literature critic, I have changed the code on "The Prophecy" to poem.
In case the rest of you missed it in the end note, "The Prophecy" is just that; a prophecy having to do with a novel length story I wrote a while ago that I am rewriting. It was not meant to be rhymed, in metre, or anything else classically poetical. It is a prophecy/troubadour tale for a story to be posted later. Think of it as a preview via poetry while I work on rewriting.
I have a new chapter for "The Prophecy" and I have just resubmitted both chapters to fix some minor things with how they are currently posted. Enjoy and don't forget the reviews. They let me know how I am doing and what is working and what is not.
As for the Series that "The Prophecy" is setting up, it will be a while before I start posting that. Probably not until after all of the set-up piece is complete.
I am also working on the sequel to "The Doom of Immortality" at the moment and am about a quarter finished. Barring life interfering, I should have that done in the next week or two. So be on the look out for that one coming soon.
There were a couple of formatting problems with the last two things I submitted, so they are not quite the way I wanted them formatted. I have an e-mail into the webmaster and hopefully I can at least get "The Prophecy" formatted correctly so it reads right. I also need to know whether that is just the way they are going to do it or whether it can be fixed before I send in the next part.
On "The Wolrd of Qaryesh t'Marne," there are just minor formatting differences between the way I wanted it and the way they posted it with the exception of two sections they put in all bold for some reason. Again, seeking answers fromt he webmaster and am hoping it will be straightened out soon.
Both are readable the way they are, especially "World," but I would like to know if that is just the way it is or if they can be fixed on their end. Try to enjoy them whilst I await enlightenment.
I have finally submitted the addendum to The World of the Am'mortal Universe. It has info on the people, nations, etc. in the Universe. It should help give more depth to the stories already posted and those to come. Sorry it took longer to reformat than I thought. Enjoy.
I have also submitted something else that is a little odd. I came across an unfinished bit of something that I may begin working on again. The first few parts that I post will be in one file but they will not be complete at first. I will work on it as fast as possible to get the whole thing posted ASAP. It will begin with a prophecy in poem form. It is not classical in form or metre or anything like that. I was never very interested in that when I still wrote poetry, but it still comes in unrhymed stanzas. It is the precursor of something I wrote a long time ago and have promised myself to rewrite as it was dreadful the last time I reread it. The concept behind the story is a good one but it was also one of the first things I wrote, so it was rough. Almost unreadable. Maybe this will be my resurrection of a story that came to me a long time ago . . .
I somehow messed up reposting the "Timeline" to implement the changes suggested to me and replaced "The Blue Man" with the new version of "Timeline." I have resubmitted both stories, "The Blue Man" to its former self and "Timeline" in its new version. I should have a file named "The World of Qaryesh t'Marne" up within the next few days which will be the addendum explaining the races, nation-states, and religion of the World of the Am'mortal Universe.
