We pulled up to a building that could have been a sports stadium for its size. It dominated the area. Thru the front door a doorman directed us to a glass elevator with a grand spiral staircase wrapped around it of marble, polished steel, and brass. It had that look how great I am, look. The huge marble with gold leaf was even worse. On the Eight floor Tim directed me to office wedge #16.

My team had beat me to work. Dr. Samuel Jackson Lafayette would not be here until Tomorrow but Eloise Quayman, April Joy. Our Senior Administrative Assistants Mrs. Beth Mendo Parsons and administrative assistants Mrs. Deliana Lincon Jeeves.

I said let me introduce myself, I am Alexander Boone Davis I was in The United States Air Force and despite what the Jar Heads say it is part of the military. I have a BS in Robotic Engineering it looks like my MS will be in Industrial Engineering.

We have Six Manufacturing facilities we need to get back to operations. The 1st issue is do we keep the plants producing. We will try to keep a plant producing if the product works as we require it to.

2nd issue can we find the employees who take pride in their work to produce a quality product. The 3rd issue is our produced product going to be competitive in quality, cost, and reliable as the alternatives.

Eloise Quayman you are to be the S-3, Level II Director of Manufacturing Operations and Training. You will need to establish our overall Operations Manual and an Operations manual for each site.

We need a Deputy Director of Manufacturing Operations Quality Control Level II. Quality Control must be independent of the Manufacturing Facility Management. Thes head office will hire all Quality Control for each factory. We will hire, have all administrative work done by, and they will report directly to Level II Deputy Director of Manufacturing Operations Quality Control at our head office here.

Not to the factory management. We will hire Three Quality Control Officers for each factory shift.

Threats against any Quality Control Officer will result in immediate dismissal. All Quality Control Officers will be issued body cameras.

I will appoint with Dr Lafayette approval all Level III .5 Factory Managing Directors. You will appoint with his and my approval all Level III Factor Site Operations and Training Director. We will be as a team, after consultation, from the Site Directors, Site Operations and Training Directors, and Site HR. we will appoint all Level IV and V leadership positions before we start retraining or start test operations.

All Level II, III, IV, and V Factory Sight positions hires will be under a One-Hundred-Eighty- Day Contract before permanent hiring any person. All Level VI and VII positions will be on a Ninety- Day Contract before permanent hiring any person.

I will make up our team of Three HR people, Two Security people, One Administrative Assistants; Beth and Deliana you can choose to rotate, or One always go, and One always stay, you decide and let us know. We will each take Our Personal Administrative Assistants.
