All of us looked at the headquarters building dumbfounded why would you build a monster this big? The ornamentations inside were beyond ego almost gaudy. Riding up the central elevator that was just missing a throne, our guide said it had been the first thing to go with our new regime. Col. Fox: I mean Tim directed me to Office block #14. Level I Energy Division Director Brian Falcon My new boss met me and shook my hand saying, “I am Saved,” now I have a person to blame. MGen, I mean Robert gave him a dirty look.

Brian said to me, let me introduce you to your team. you have met Janice Lincolnshire and Elizabeth Anne. My Level III .5 Personal Administrative Assistant Mrs. Hellen Jones Harper and Your Level III .5 Personal Administrative Assistant Miss Natasha Lintel. The Floor is yours.

I started for those who do not know me. I am Jefferson Alexander Davis the Marine that forgot what the NAVY stood for, “Never Again Volunteer Yourself,” and it is too late now. I am the Level II .5 Deputy Energy Division Director. My job is to figure out what energy sites we are responsible for producing energy actually produce energy, how much the sights produce, and at what cost per KWh.

We have around One-Hundred-Ten Days to investigate Fifty-Four sights spread over a circle Nine-Hundred miles in diameter. Of the projects under construction the one farthest from completion is a Sixty-Eight percent complete Wind Turbine and a Solar project that has yet to get to the ground clearing stage.

We will start with the Seven Solar under construction, then the Twenty-Eight Solar maintenance projects. By that time, we can have people that understand the wind turbine help us with the evaluations.

We will do the Four construction ones first and finish with the Fourteen Maintenance project turbines.

I plan to do those Seven in a twelve-day stretch, Two sets are within an hour’s drive time of each other. Home for Three days. Two days’ rest, One day review what we learned. Do the next Seven in the Fifteen days. Take Three days to train Two more teams in what to look for. Spend one day with each team on a project. Let them finish the remaining Solar projects.

We have used Thirty-Five days of our One-Hundred-Ten. We have Seventy-Five. None of the construction project turbine sights have a turbine in the air. We will do them One day review, One day Travel, Two days off. Nine more Days used, Sixty-Four Days left. Next week One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days Home, One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days Home.

Eighteen days used: Four sites done. Forty-Six days left. Four days to train Two crews to look for what we found. Forty-Two left. Two teams One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days Home, One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days on sight, One day travel, Two days Home.

Eighteen more days used, Eight sights inspected. Twenty-four days left. My team take Five days to train crews how to fix problems. If it means replacing Turbines were looking at months to replace them all. If it is software finish in weeks. If it is hardware but we can do the work with the Turbines in the air, we would find out and schedule the fixes.

Nineteen days left. We spot check the repairs done on all operational sights Three teams Solar Fourteen days, Three teams Turbines, same Fourteen days. Five days to do a report and make all recommendations.

My team will spend about Forty-Five days on the road Forty-Five days on projects and Twenty days at home. Ten of those days training others, Ten days off during the next Four plus months.
