This was a huge building; Col Fox directed me to office section #8. I would share the space with OSHA. We both fight a government bureaucracy that knows we are guilty of a crime they have not found out what it was or how we covered it up, yet.

I had Dr Tallman, Dr William Smith our OSHA, Jeffers Carter who was to be my Deputy, Roseland Forest, Aleshia Jasmin. My Level III .5 Personal Administrative Assistant Mrs. Hellen Jones Harper my and Dr Smiths Level III .5 Personal Administrative Assistant Mrs. Viena Too Tall Sweet. With all my Twenty-One operators in the conference room. They had all our systems on remote monitoring.

I am Martinez Sanchez Davis, and I am the Environmental Health Engineer and Public Health Officer. I am not in charge of OSHA, nor do I want to be. I will make suggestions about the OSHA staffing needs but Dr Smith can follow them or not. He is in charge of OSHA, take all OSHA to him.

We will work with OSHA, and The Medical center to ensure that no public health emergencies happen due to contamination by pathogens, chemicals, or stupidity; of the water we use, the liquid or solid waste we dispose of.

We will exceed all Local, State, and Federal Rules and Guidelines. I know we are verry short staffed. I will not though except this as an excuse for a reportable incident occurring.

Roseland Forest is the Environmental and Public Health Division Level II Director of Operations and Training. The S-3. She will set all work schedules, approve time off, and training. Training will include on-site, remote learning, and off-site. You may have to travel for training. Wolverine Clan Industries Inc. will cover all costs and include a generous expense account when needed.

Mrs. Hellen and Mrs. Viena I need your recommendations for Eight Level III Personal Administrative Assistant: One for Jeffers Carter, Miss Roseland Forest, Miss Aleshia Jasmin Pierce, and the OSHA Deputy when we hire him. Two for Environmental and Public Health Division, and Two for OSHA. We need eight Level IV Senior Administrative: Five for Environmental and Public Health Division and Three for OSHA. Sixteen Level V Administrative Assistant: Ten for Environmental and Public Health Division and Six for OSHA. We will be turning in reports to New York State, Federal EPA, BIM, and DOD. All our reports will be complete and finished One week before they are due.

I am authorizing a Twenty-Five hundred bounty on all trained people you bring to us up to Four.

They must pass our background checks, remain employed Ninety days before we paid the bonuses. We may not take more than Twenty-Five percent of the people from any single municipality or special district.

We will have Three Water Treatment, Three Sewage Treatment, Four Solid Waste, and Four Special Compounds Disposal people return to us in Four days. HR authorized me to hire up too One Hundred Percent of all positions not counting these people, they will be our fillers for vacation and sick leave. You know we pay better and have better benefits because we want the best people. We will not sacrifice quality for quantity. We will pay for travel to come for an interview and moving expenses for those we hire. Beat the bushes, find good people.
