I'm a 60+ male living in Canada, and have only been writing for a few years. It was something I always wanted to do, but during my working years I never had the time for it. Or maybe it is simply that I didn't make the time for it. Anyway, being diagnosed with MS a few years back had the advantage of giving me enough time to finally do a bit of writing.
