I made a fundamental error when posting this story as a chapter was duplicated. Chapter ten is therefore redundant. I have re-posted the story with the redundant chapter removed, although the re-post hasn't shown up yet.
First I would like to thank all those readers who commented so favourably on this story. I have tried to reply to all, but if I have missed anyone then please accept my apologies and my thanks at the same time.
One of the most repeated comment asks for a sequel, something I had determined would not happen. But the number of requests has persuaded me to re-consider. I cannot promise this in a week or even a few weeks but I will post a short story describing how Abby and James settle down to married life and how the other characters fare in the near future.
