The phrase 'Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness' is supposed to mean something special. It is an ideal on which the United States of America is founded. There are rights granted by the Constitution that people take for granted, but just how well protected are those rights. It seems, at least to some folks, that those rights are vanishing.
