"A Stranger in an Even Stranger Land" Feedback Response

Posted at Updated:

I want to thank those of you who have sent such glowing feedback on "A Stranger in an Even Stranger Land." Many were wondering if this is the opening of a larger story and if you read my last entry you will see that that is indeed the jumping off point of the character Josef Samuelson in a series of novels I am working on. I have yet to publish them and given the feedback on this site and its sister, as well as those people in my life with whom I have shared them, I may have to bestir myself to begin the long, arduous process of trying to get published. Most of the rest of the stories in that Universe are either vignettes I wrote that have nothing to do with the novels or will be tiny portions of the novels that I think can stand alone. The former is more likely than the later, as there are various side stories that have come to mind in the writing process that I have ignored in favor of finishing the main novels. Time and my muses will tell. I am also pretty engaged in writing on a few things for the Am'mortal Universe, so we will see.
So, again, thank you to those of you who have written me with responses to the two new posts. Encouragement and constructive criticism are always welcomed.
