I'm expecting a Lot of feedback from the latest chapter, as it's easily the most disturbing in the entire story of Seeding Hope Among the Ashes (even more so than the details about David's treatments).
However, rest assured, this is the worst chapter (emotionally) in the book. The story gets easier for the rest of the book (though the threat of violence remains in the background throughout).
